This week I’ve been dabbling in Photoshop…having some
FUN and of course learning a lot! I
started reading The Adobe Photoshop Book
by Scott Kelby, but found it to be very difficult since I’m more of a visual
learner and needed a hands on approach. My
husband, Scott was doing a little surfing and found a few free Photoshop tutorials
on iTunesU. I will be watching them over
the weekend so I’ll let you know if they’re helpful for a beginner.
The project: creating a new banner for my blog and
Etsy store that resembles my personal style.
I am not 100% happy with it just yet…
But here goes…
I am not sure about the layout or what to put in the
center. Lol! I added a few pictures of my jewelry but didn’t
like it so I took them out.
How do you think it looks? Please share your thoughts …suggestions are always
welcome.
I also made this banner for my Facebook page which
incorporates my jewelry designs.
